There is also the option to go 4-channel. You also have the option to choose how many subs or speakers you would like.

2. Power Rating

It is safer not to assume that the manufacturer is honest. Further research can be used to verify manufacturer claims. This is an easy way to determine the power ratings for amps. If you’re proficient in basic math, this formula is simple. Let’s move on to the maths.

You can find the actual output by multiplying your car’s voltage by the fuse rating, efficiency, and ampere. Your car’s average voltage is 14.4V. An amp’s specifications will show the fuse rating. Digital amps can achieve 60% efficiency while analog amps can reach 80%.
